Rhody has been embarrassed. Refs played a part in that but surely the whole "thing" as they like to refer to it is embarrassed.

This is a disaster. Worst effort of Hurley era. I can take close losses on the road, and I can even take close losses at home to really good teams. I don't like it, but I can wrap my head around it. I can't wrap my head around getting killed at home by a mediocre St Joes team. People have a right to mad about this one. Nights like this happen, but this is really bad timing. Needed this game to start the late stretch surge.

It's not just tonight's "effort".

It's the big picture. I was starting to think that maybe next season we would have enough to get over the hump.

Yeah it's next season, but these guys will all be back except 4 and Watson. Will it matter?

Doubts are being replaced by serious doubts.

Losing Four and Earl will not make a difference next year. It's what we have coming back / coming in that can make the difference. Or not. I mean that for coaching as well.

They've been fed a bogus bill of goods. It will take a lot to get some of them back.

We will find out the next 2 road games against bad teams, just how bad we are.

I will be very surprised if we win both of them.

Tonight they were exposed as a very mediocre team.

Yeah, no offense but i just think this is a dumb way to look at it. Tonight was bad for tonight. It doesn't have anything to do with next year. It is bad timing for this kind of effort, though.

Sticking with my belief that with EC this is a tournament team with only a few losses to this point, even in that scenario tonight would be upsetting. This loss wouldn't spoil a good season but it would still be bad. I don't get why it is so hard to compartmentalize these things.

No use arguing any more about it. I think we've seen by now what we have this season. And that's not very much.

You and I will hope they will be a tourney team next season.

The difference might be, you will expect it, and I'm not sold on any of it until I see how we start off next season.

It has to be "show me" from now on. And that means the coach too.

How on earth can you still believe that? That's just making yourself feel better. This staff has shown zero ability in four years to come through in big spots.
