Overall she has done a very good job with one major exception. Allowing the ACC to take our spot at Barclay and getting only a token amount of games against them and played there. Then to make it worse she put Forham in the game.

This is well deserved, the conference has had a run of unprecedented success under her seven years of leadership. We've lost 3 teams from the conference that she took over(Temple, Xavier, Charlotte), though I don't see anything she could have done to keep any of them, and we've added VCU, George Mason, and Davidson. In six league years those schools have a regular season championship, a conference tournament championship, 4 tournament appearances, and one NCAA victory. Under her leadership we've done a great job of navigating the realignment process by picking out good replacements for our losses, we continue to be more visible in the media, and we've had 27 teams make the tournament with no season getting fewer then 3 bids.

I think the situation was likely not quite as simple as you're making it seem here.
