Pats defense wasn't great last night either. Mobile QB's give them trouble.

If they continue to falter, no SB for them.

Pats will probably win this Sunday by 4-7 points.

Chiefs D is bad enough where the Pats offense will do enough, and their defense will keep Mahomes from lighting them up.

Even if they lose, they will still win the division and get the bye.

Never thought I'd see the day when the Pats get boned by the refs at Foxboro.

I guess anything can happen nowadays lol.

Seriously, officiating in the NFL is terrible. Bad calls everywhere seemingly in every game.

Yeah we didn’t get the calls for sure but it wasn’t like we deserved to win

Our offense has to revert to trick plays to score now

Pats will still end up 13-3 and get the bye...and hope the Ravens lose their 1st game in the playoffs.

The Bills game won't be easy though...they played the Ravens tough Sunday....

Pats won due to Allen not stepping up when it counts. He's the weak link on that team.

Missed too many open receivers in key spots.

Pats dink and dunk offense worked. It won't against the Ravens or the Chiefs.

Not this year folks.

Wow, I never thought they would lose no matter what happened.

Even their defense failed them in crunch time.

They have never made a SB without getting the bye.

You now wonder if Brady is done.

Two strange situations with the Pats in this game.

What was Belicheck thinking on both of them?

First, with almost 2 minutes left in the 1st half, with 3 timeouts and the ball in a 10-10 game, he let the clock run out without even throwing a pass.

Second, with the Dolphins driving with a couple minutes left in the game, he doesn't call any timeouts to stop the clock in case Miami scores, so the Pats have time to come back.

I guess he thought his defense was so good, that they would stop them and it wouldn't matter.

He thought wrong. Let the second guessing begin. I'm sure the Boston sports media will be all over this tomorrow.

The man's a great coach...but he fucked it up this time.

Agree bone I thought not using the time out at end of 1st half was a huge error made no sense to let 40 secs come off clock

Not using a time out at the end wasn’t as bad I thought we just couldn’t stop them

Pats really didn’t deserve to win that game and they were a 16.5 favorite

On the radidio today they were yakking about the end of half no timeout scene as not having faith in the offense.

It's interesting to hear gloom and doom/"season's over" talk around a team that won the division title for the 100th year in a row.

I wonder what that's like....?

12-4 without the bye is like the end of the world for them.

All the talking heads are saying they are done, the dynasty is over.

I still think they'll beat the Titans and play the Chiefs. Then they're done, for this year anyway.

As long as Belicheck is there, the Pats will be a playoff team, even if Brady leaves.

Here's a sad stat for Jints fans - 12 wins is 3 seasons worth of W's for us.

What the Pats have done over the last 20 years will probably never be achieved

This is the first time not having a bye since 2009 incredible stat and the 8 straight AFC championship games appearances is sick too

That whole penalty sequence was horrendous prior to the 5 minutes left. It’s a shame that’s even legal.

Can’t believe Edelman dropped that 1st down ball. Not looking good.

Probably gonna get a rule change next season bad look for NFL.

Slick move by Vrabal to take advantage of it.

Patriots messed up going offsides themselves during that ugly mess. Refs should call unsportsmanlike conduct on that nonsense. But Patriots lost 5 of their last 9 games. Did not finish well after a great start to the season.

It was, but the conjecture at the time was specifically that he did it so the league would fix it before the playoffs. Oh well.

That didn’t factor into the outcome. The blown goal line series and the Jules drop are the things I will think about when I think about the night the dynasty died after two decades.

The Titans are a good team, not great.

They will get their lunch handed to them next week.

Buffalo choked. Good thing I'm not a fan.

Brady is kidding himself if he thinks he can win another SB. Give it up already.

No way he goes anywhere else though.

Antonio Brown is a tool. Thinks he wants to play with Brady. Will get suspended for a long time if he ever signs.

He could have won a SB for the Pats this year if he had a brain.

Agree with this completely, needed to score on that 1st and goal at the 1 and then Jules drop is just inexcusable

We are on to 2020 and I think it will be minus the great Tom Brady

57, seriously?

I really doubt he goes anywhere. If he did, the Colts or Carolina have been mentioned. Giants have Jones, they aren't giving up on him.

He wants 30 million a year as a FA....he won't be anywhere near as successful elsewhere with a new system at this point.

Kraft and Belicheck may not want to pay that much anyway. Also McDaniels is likely gone, he's not going to wait for Belicheck to retire.

Dynasties don't last forever. Haven't watched a ton of Pats games this year...okay, hardly any. Have heard the fussing about their offense a good part of the year, and it looked very average to below average the last couple weeks, which did watch. Brady may be the GOAT and the smartest QB ever...but his physical skills are nothing to write home about at this point. I do hope he plays somewhere next year...good for the league no matter where he goes.

A not so crazy rumor. Belichick back to the Giants. He loved his time there. He and Kraft have had a tense relationship going back to the Jimmy G situation. In this scenario, Josh stays and is the head coach and Tom signs for 2 more years.

Bill is under contract and Tom isn’t, so it seems much more likely that Tom will go than Bill. Bill also has an infrastructure here that he relies on that he built and has maintained for over 20 years. At his age and stage of career, I doubt very much he wants to try to remake that somewhere else. It would be vaguely poetic for Tom to go to Vegas and officially enter the Vegas-residency stage of his career like so many pop musicians have in the past. I think he’d be more likely to end up in LA with the Chargers or in Tampa. Both of those places can offer something to him (namely offenses with good weapons) and to his family (whether and lifestyle amenities to accommodate the rich and famous). I doubt Giselle wants to send her kids to school in Vegas for a a few years. Doesn’t seem like her kind of town.

You guys are on some kind of crack...

I'd love to see BB coach the Giants, but it will take at least a couple years for them to become relevant...and TB is a 2 year rental at most.

Jones is the future there, like it or not.

I know...just sounds way too good to be true... As much of a shart-fest as they were this season...if Belichick were to be announced as HC, I believe they'd be favored to win that (crappy) division from the day it's announced.

I am thinking Brady is a 43 year old FA and Belichick won’t sign him and move on

I think MCDaniels leaves and gets a head coaching job and possibly brings Brady to his new home

I would think a Brady to Chargers is a decent possibility. Vegas could be an option for Tom personally I wouldn’t mind that at all !!
