This is a little off topic and didn't know where to put it... I was looking through URI's box scores on KenPom and he recently added a MVP feature which presumably crunches box score numbers into metrics and picks one post-game MVP for each game who can be on either the winning or losing team. I was intrigued to see that in 4 out of our last 6 games Jared Terrell was named the games MVP, with the other 2 games going to Bembry and that little shit Kendall Anthony. This isn't really surprising but just thought it was interesting and wanted to share this

EDIT: Just learned the metric he uses to determine MVP is John Hollingers linear version of Player Efficiency Rating. For anyone who cares, the formula is:

Game Score Formula =(Points)+0.4*(Field Goals Made)+0.7*(Offensive Rebounds)+0.3*(Defensive rebounds)+(Steals)+0.7*(Assists)+0.7*(Blocked Shots)- 0.7*(Field Goal Attempts)-0.4*(Free Throws Missed) - 0.4*(Personal Fouls)-(Turnovers)

That is a nice piece on Garrett. Love those quotes- the article's about him, but look in how many of those quotes he works in crediting his coaches and teammates. Glad you're a Ram, Jarvis!

Had a conversation with Luke at an off season event last spring.....nice guy, I am sure funny in his own way, serious about his hoops career, loves the RI area, very chatty about all things Rhody hoops, seemed to enjoy himself at the event as did Coaches Tyrone and Carr, must be the less DH pressure during the off season, very engaging group and not looking for the door while conversing....

And worst case scenario is you pay $5 to watch the stream without the risk of malware. $5 is quite affordable for 2+ hours of watching my favorite team.

I hope there is no letdown today against GMU from the big UMass win. Our last big win at Richmond was followed up with a loss at St. Joe's. Hopefully the players learned that they need to bring it every game and play hard from tip-off to end.

Key to this game is being able to limit their best player in 6'11 Shevon Thompson who's a beast on the glass.... foul trouble always seems to be our biggest enemy. I have a feeling we'll see more Earl than usual

Guys I have not yet used the A-10 "premium" streaming service / pay per view. Is it the thing where you pay $6.95 for 24 hours, or is it by game for the $5 that someone mentioned? Can someone point me to a link if it is the latter? Do you pay just before game time or what?

Jamal Wilson scored 38 points and had 7 rebounds in that game, a heartbreaking OT loss in the first game of the season. Holton had 12 points 14 Rebs in his debut.

it's only 4.95 if you select 24 hour pass for a specific school.
