Hahahah! That lady at CVS was always so nice. They did a write up on her in the Cigar a few years back.

Oh. She is still there. She sometimes says "have an excellent", but I hear she now says "thank you for being my customer".

Ahh I heard she had passed on Monday night on Facebook. It was nice to see how the whole URI community recognized how awesome she was. I'll never forget her Gummy Bear contests.

I bought ten bags of gummy bears from her. It is amazing the impact she had on the campus.

My wife told me she talked to her Sunday at the laundromat......don't know what happened.
I think I can link to the 5 cent cigar article from 2011 will work on it, saw it today posted somewhere......
Nonni will be hugely missed. Imagine being remembered after passing by thousands of people for just being nice, we should all be so lucky!
