People have been saying they have seen Lamar Odom on campus today. I don't know why, but thats what I have heard.

I guess he is working out on campus. I'm literally just looking at tweets that people are putting out there. I would assume maybe he's putting up shots at the RC or something like that, but no one seems to know.

Was told he had a private basketball practice at the ryan center earlier today, then walked around campus and took pics with students, unfortunately I didn't see him but that's awesome!

RhodyGirl1 reports that the Twittersphere is aflutter today of URI kids tweeting pics of themselves with Lamar Odom on campus. Tweets reporting he worked out at the gym today. Random. Anyone have any intel on why he's here?
(RhodyGirl1's boss joked: "He has 3 years left of eligibility.")

Glad to see that Lamar looks like he's doing well and that he appears to be refocused on basketball. I can understand his coming here to workout if he is trying to stay focused and worried about distractions. Kingston is worlds removed from TMZL.A. or NYC. I think Lamar always felt comfortable at URI and probably wanted to go so somewhere he felt comfortable and wouldn't have to deal with paparazzi to get some work done.

Yeah I don't think that is the same as the low lifes that professionally harass people in L.A.

TP, yeah, I was just kidding. Actually, I'm glad to see that he mingled with the kids and was happy doing it. I wonder if any of the coaches invited him here or was in contact with him.
