2 years ago I got screwed with tickets up in the 300s sitting behind a railing, so I was curious on how the seats were for this year... Got 205 row M. Good seats? Bad Seats? With my luck I'l be sitting behind railings, poles, and pillars.

Ha, those are, I believe, in the back row of section 205. 205 is the mid-court "club" section with padded seats on the east side of the building with access to the less crowded east concourse overlooking the football field.

Looks like the Club seats are just about gone. Best available pair of seats right now is in 203 (north east corner).

I bought 6 with my early privilege as a season ticket holder. My cc was charged for them last week.

Sounds like I got lucky. Was really fortunate because I couldn't remember my previous log-in information. System was a lot more user-friendly than Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster usually gives you 4 minutes. I was with a client for at least 5 minutes and was able to run out to my car, grab my wallet, fill out all the information, and they still held the tickets. Was very impressed.

Mine was also charged. Did they ever call you to tell you what seats you got?

I was a little disappointed that they don't currently have the "choose your seats" for these single game tickets. I'll ask if that's coming soon.

They do for other games, not for PC for some reason.

Wow, you're right. I had only tried for the PC game.

ATP, I asked for 6 tickets in the $35 section for the PC game. My cc was charged $215.00 so I'm assuming I got the 6 tickets @ $35.00 plus the $5 processing fee.

I wondering which fan base is buying the majority of the tickets?

If it got to single-game sales then I'm assuming everyone who requested extra tickets got them -- I'll have to check me cc statement.

I take this as bad news, that after the season tickets were sold and the mini-packages, you could still get seats in 205 for this game.
My guess is the 5-game mini-plan did not sell.

The choose your own seats feature is disabled on the PC game TODAY ONLY due to the high demand for that game in the first 24hrs of availability. Tomorrow they expect to enable that feature once the initial flood of orders passes.

It is frustrating that the system won't allow you to buy 2 tickets next to each other when there's 3 available seats together. They are forcing you to buy either all 3 or just one which is just stupid, especially because this game will be sold out for sure. It's eventually gonna come down to singles if you dont restrict people from buying an even amount of seats from the start, so why enforce that i can't get 2 tickets now? Their declining a fan's offer for seats and instead hoping that a different customer (who came later) will come and buy the same seats

"Your requested seats have been released because you may not leave a gap between occupied seats. Please select again." WTF does that even mean?!?

I've had that happen on other sites, and it's so annoying.

Yeah, and knowing that the ticket system seemed faulty i messed around with it for a while and finally found a loophole to purchase 2 tickets. So i'm happy now.

Checking with the Athletics Dept the configuration that prevents the creation of many "singles" is in place and is widely used in the industry.

This thread is getting me pumped for the season.

The pick your seats functionality has been enabled for the Providence game.

There are no seats available in the 100s (no surprise)
There are maybe a few dozen single seats scattered around the 200s (one left in 205, for example).
300 level is full at half-court both sides and the corners are half-full.
300 South endzone is wide open (North Endzone will be full of Rhody Ruckus).

Man really wish I was going to be in town for this game this year...this thread is making me jealous!

11 Seats remain in the 200s. All Singles. However, there are two seats very close to each other in 211 rows B and C. Definitely close enough to chat during timeouts.

For the upper deck,

123 tickets remain with only chance for 2 or more consecutive seats coming in the south endzone (308 and 309).

Anybody want to guess what percentage will be URI fans and what percentage will be PC fans?

In past uri pc games in Kingston I've noticed uri fans had a huge advantage. More like 70 30. Might be more even this year

309 and 201 are the only sections with "medium" and everything else either has "low" availability or is sold out. Which means there are tickets still available and that this will certainly be our biggest crowd.

Yeah, the PC fans will be a very loud minority, especially if things don't work out so well for Rhody.

I've only missed 1 pc/uri game since the home and home started back up again (football team in high school super bowl)

So someone just backed out with 5 days to go. So I have 2 more seats up for sale at cost. PM me if you're interested

About 7 tickets in the 200s available. All singles.

Only 13 tickets in the 300s now available. All singles except in South upper endzone where there were three consecutive.

This is all based on the "choose my seats" feature on theryancenter.com's ticketing site.

There are a bunch of "obstructed view" seats still available I think.

Those aren't available online?? Obstructed meaning you can't see the video scoreboard, right?

Meaning you have something between you and the floor making your view annoying. They are available online, but do not show up with a green dot. They have a little black squiggle on the map. Ironically I could buy them online but could not get the guy over the phone to sell them to me.

Oh, so i missed those! For some reason I thought those were ADA.

That squiggly line is stupid, it should be a green dot with an asterisk to denote that they are obstructed view. Or at least the squiggle line should be a different color.

I think its binoculars, most "obstructed" views are the panes of glass or railing around it

Now they just have to actually show up.

ticket update:
74 300 level tickets (3 Handicap seats and 71 considered obstructed view)
22 200 level tickets (8 Handicap seats and 14 considered obstructed view)
2 100 level tickets (2 considered obstructed view)

So, basically the game is sold out at this point for normal seats, and there are less than 100 seats total available if you don't mind not seeing the game or if you have a wheelchair.

On a related note, I may have an extra ticket. PM me if interested.
