Noticed in the last huddle that DJ had his warmups off. I could definitely be wrong but I don't recall seeing that before with him. So maybe those rumors about the redshirt being off the table are legit.

We are rushing things offensively and Brown is executing and shooting really well.

One of the most pathetic halves of basketball I’ve ever watched. Honestly infuriating. Bouncing before I say something I will regret later.

Both strong on mid range shots tonight - that is their go to shot just not dropping yet.

Well Rhody was 1 for their last 10 since being at 50%, otherwise we'd be on like an 80 point pace. My point stands from when making it, and Pete's point above is valid. We may need to try a few more threes (so long as they are open). It takes over 50% FG from 2-pointers to keep up with a 35-40% 3-pt shooting team.

Not sure why we are having so many problems scoring against a zone defense, settling for way to many jump shots, we have a complete size advantage and yet nobody posting at the foul line to break down the zone, thats on Cox. Giving up 8 3-pointers to this team is just a lack of effort to close out on the shooter, Tyrese with as lazy a defensive performance as I've seen from him and thats saying something. Hard to believe this is a team that just dismantled MTSU on the road. Lets see what kind of adjustments Cox comes up with.

I really dont think we are playing all that horrible.

Played worse against LIU and Manhattan.

Duke struggled similarly and they had the cameron crazies with them.

Story of the game: We have 9 points on 3s. Brown has 24.

I'll be shocked if Brown comes out and hits 3's like that again in the second half. That should hopefully be the difference and get us back on the right side here.

Not finishing at rim and weak offensive rebounding.

I'll be shocked if we don't defend the three better in the second half. The offense just doesn't seem like their normal. Something just feels different, Maybe Cyril is high post too much.

Yes, your point. Again, #2 Duke scored 36. I’m not sure why that stat even matters.

I’ll never understand why scores are a measuring stick. If a team scores 50 one week, is that their standard, or did they just an off night? They play the game for a reason. There are no GIMME’s!
