I have not been to the Siegel Center and/or the VCU campus. I was on business in downtown Richmond a few years ago. Pretty dumpy minus the Big Tobacco money area in the center of the city where Altria has their corporate HQ. But I'm sure I didn't see everything.

I have. It's a good multi-use facility in the city. It's a pretty plain non- descript building that you can drive by. Tough ticket to get sometimes. Not sure if they have volleyball lines on the court. Even if they did I wouldn't mention it, need we go there again!!

Richmond is a cool city with surprisingly good museums and art scene. Fed Reserve is downtown and one of the major employers. If you're thinking of making the trip, go to Univ of Rich instead. One of the most beautiful campuses you will ever see! I took a seies of exams there and was blown away how beautiful it was.

Don't let them get you down DC RAm, I doubt most fans on here would not agree with rooting for VCU. I know I see no benefit to losing more games.
As soon as the team wins a couple they will be back on the band wagon and all will be forgotten. If I had the power to will it , it would
start with a victory tonight, so I will try to will us a victory and see if the players can do the same and see what happens. I know
Coach Cox will be doing what he can to think positive and will a victory for his guys tonight.

Obi Toppin just got his 66th dunk of the season, 1 short of the Dayton record. He is just a freshman and still has a bunch of games left.

Fans should be ever hopeful, McRams opinion is not good. Right now we should be hoping DC finds a way to get the players to buy in and give maximum effort all the time. IMHO Cox needs to let the guys know straight, effort gets you playing time not talent, that includes focusing on improving the little things that make a team better. For example Fatts should be taking about 75% of his practice shots in the mid range, floaters, jumpers, hell running hook shots. Cyril should be getting the ball out of his hands before the double team is established, his dribbles should be limited to two per touch in practice, four turnovers a game well that negates four rebounds. I love both of these players, they both have some great talent and can excite a fan for real, but somehow they have to progress, turn weaknesses into strengths, I still believe they are coachable. I hope DC and the boys can figure it out. Hoping they continue to tank is a bad look, our players don't deserve that, they all stayed on during the program upheavals. Lets hope it all clicks very soon.

The Siegel Center is a great place to watch a college basketball game.

It really shakes in there. I saw us play them there last year and the whole damn area shook like there was an earthquake everytime Sean Mobley made a three.

Richmond is a nice old city. Similar in size to providence.

5 points for Harris in less than 6 minutes and he comes out. The rest of the team has 4 points. Why? Because he always does. Why in the freakin world can’t Cox just leave him in the game. Fatts is stinkin it up and never comes out.

And the 3 pointer where Harris was fouled was from a very nice pass from Dowtin.

He came right back in less than 3 minutes later for Cyril. Makes total sense so you don't end up in a spot where you have to take them both out at the same time.
