I’m going out on a limb and guess GW pulls the big upset tonight or at least keeps the game close.
VCU is strong and St Bonaventure has been inconsistent, even losing to Fordham at home recently. So VCU with the win
Loyola looking descent of late, continues with home win over SLU

Dayton and VCU both up in the 2nd half.
Loyola is without starting guard Dawson, wearing a boot.

Great win by GaTech
Even more impressive (but no court storming for sure) was South Carolina beating #5 Ranked Tennessee at Tennessee in front of 20,000+ fans

Tennessee was favored by 13.5

South Carolina was 26th in the AP Top 25 voting so they made a big statement win to move up into the Top 25 with their 18-3 record

I noticed that game early on in Duquesne's schedule, a little late for an OOC game.

If fully healthy, I wouldn't be shocked to see Fordham upset Richmond.
Much depends on how well Medor bounces back for them.
I also see that Fordham has been tinkering with their starting line-up and rotation and center Tsimbila has been playing limited minutes. He was a pre-season A10 All-Defensive team selection.

Chicago State is almost done with their season being at (11-15) already. After tonight’s game at Duquesne they only play 3 remaining games - all in February
Next year Chicago State will be a full member of D1 Northeast Conference including starting up a Football Team.

I chose to watch the complete Loyola game. Understanding that they were playing St.Louis, the Loyola team struck me as a very well coached team. Not terribly athletic, but very good on fundamentals. Even ran a few successful back door plays. It was enjoyable to watch them play. We’ll see if their current 6-2 A10 record stands up.

I think some of the posters here were a little too hard on Valentine.
At 32 he is one of the youngest HC's.
He can also recruit, and they did well in the portal.

That was a huge upset as NU was favored by 23.5
Chicago State hit an efficient 19-22 FTs while NU hit only 13-20 FTs in that game on NU’s home court

Chicago State lost at lowly DePaul 70-58 and lost at Loyola Chicago 62-53

Northwestern beating both Purdue and Illinois but also losing to Chicago St is why college basketball is more exciting than the NBA.
