Quality is pretty good actually. Better than ours. Audio actually matches up as well, so I guess thats why its $5 more than ours.

I can't seem to get it to go full screen for me (did it once now having trouble doing it again, probably just a problem with my pc) but other than that I haven't had an issue with it. Clear video and in sync audio

From gamecast it seems like rhode island is forcing some turnovers, but is unable to hit anything from the field (3-12 from field). Are we missing open shots?

Matthews sounds like he is doing pretty awesome after completing a 4 point play. Has 12 points and have opened up a 2 point lead. Martin also has a bunch of blocks 22-20

Butler comes in and immediately gets too far away from his man who buries an easy three pointer. Thats why this kid hasnt been playing.

Rhody gets it out to a 7 point lead on a three point play by EC (15 points now I believe). Seemed to play pretty sloppy the last few minutes and lead by 3 at under 4 timeout with Brown having the ball. Would be really nice if URI could somehow get a comfortable lead in this one to build some confidence. Rhody has also been playing really small and I think Birutas has been on bench the last 4 or 5 minutes of game action at least.

Yeah two fouls for Biruta and Iffy, so small lineup alot. This is one team where we can get away with that a little more I think.

Fouls or no, the small lineup (EC, X, Biggie, Hassan and TJ) is our best lineup. If the other team's size will allow us to play that lineup we should play that lineup.

Nice half for Rhody. Let's see if we can play two good halves for the first time this year.

Hard to not be a little pissed at Hurley from the radio broadcast. We have a 14 point lead with 12 seconds left and are on an 8-0 run and he gets a technical. Thankfully we respond with a three at the buzzer, but how can a coach get a technical in that situation? Was there a bad enough call to warrant that? Seemed like the team was playing its best half of basketball and the last thing a young team needs there is a 4 or 5 point possession by the other team.

Here's what I've seen so far: EC has come to ball tonight, out there just letting it go, huge that he's hitting the 3 ball. Hassy has blocked a bunch and altered others, very active. They've run multiple P&R plays with him, not sure why they don't get it to him on the roll more often. X started slow but has picked it up, hit a few nice 3's. Love the free throws 10-10 so far!!! Not sure why Big O and Gil can't seem to ever stay out of foul trouble. Could've defended the 3 ball better in the first half. Love the effort tonight though from the guys out there.

According to Bill Koch the techinical was for having two coaches standing at the same time, which sounds like the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I know its a rule, but is it ever called?

No, but when you act like Hurley does on the sidelines you are inviting them to stick it to you when they get the chance. And Steve said these are refs that he hasn't seen before, so they surely haven't seen Hurley before. They probably aren't used to his "intensity."

the tech was called on the bench, the brown commentators said it might have been an assistant coach that was yelling and Hurley was making the case that his coach was yelling instructions to his players not yelling at refs.

Idk how they called a tech on DH. He's just fired up our team looked like a basketball team once this year.

"Rhody celebrating like the game is over"- the broadcast. Didn't like that, our guys probably played their best half.

Hope we continue the intensity and focus.

Yup, some of Hurley's screaming made it through on the audio too. He said something like "Are you kidding?? He was yelling to my guys!"

I/ve seen about enough of both Gil and Iffy, continue to start/play Martin, if the only way to keep them outta foul trouble is to play some zone, then I say sit'em......play the smaller lineup from the jump.....start TJ

So Biruta with 4 fouls in about 10 minutes against an Ivy league front court? I know everyone has a bad game, but I kind of thought he would be able to just out muscle their front court. Hurley should probably just leave him in at this point to get him the run.

It's a legit question. I want to believe that he isn't really just a terrible defender. But I am not so sure anymore. One thing that MIGHT help is some help down low. Iffy always seems to be in the same situation.

have him come off the bench, see if that will reduce his foul accumulations in so few minutes.....do not go to zones to hide him, if he was an offensive power I might think otherwise.....

Pretty pumped that Brown seemed to be making a mini run and we quickly got the lead back up to 17 (I believe the biggest of the game) . Could it be first complete game of season?
