Thanks. I will double check my math but that doesn't seem to mesh with the numbers posted on wikipedia.
Two questions:
1. Is the exhibition attendance included in this contest?
2. What will be the sourced used for the attendance figures?

Those were 2011-2012 attendance figures (Baron's last year)

In Hurley's first season, here's how we did:

15 home games totaling 64368

Last Season's Average home attendance 4291

Iggy, to answer some of your questions:

I had posted average attendance for the last five years in the earlier "One Month to Tip-Off" thread, but have replicated the chart here.

2012-13	   8-21	         4,291
2011-12	   7-24	         3,829
2010-11	  20-14	         4,932
2009-10	  26-10	         5,624
2008-09	  23-11	         5,300

These are the official numbers for regular season games. As stated earlier, no exhibition games or post season games are to be included. Also, no NIT Season Tip Off games are to be included. If you find different numbers they may include NIT or CBI figures to explain difference.

The attendance listed on the box scores found on the goRhody.com site will be used to calculate the official attendance average.

Hope that clarifies the situation.

I hope they do better, but this team won 3 conference games last year, I'm more than doubling their conference wins in my prediction.

If they go 7-9 in conference, that will suck.

If they don't play better perimeter defense, it might happen.

I think the defense will improve, though.

One thing's for sure: if we go .500 this year, there won't be too many schools knocking down Dan's door looking to hire him!

I think this is on the lower/middle side of win totals, but I think there will be growing pains at times this season. Attendance would be higher, but games against Maine, UML etc aren't captivating for the casual fan.
