Yeah, this piss poor performance tonight is a major step backwards. Regardless of how this game turns out, the effort this team is putting forth really is just nothing short of embarrassing. They got kicked in the face and just folded, very similar to Cox's teams, thats on Archie. At no point have they yet to match the intensity of St. Bon. One team clearly came to play tonight, the other looks lost on both ends of the floor. It was obvious we were going to get Bona's best effort following their home loss to Fordham and we look like we really dont even care out there. Really sad seeing how well we've been playing. Hey, alot of season remains and the hope is we are playing our best basketball come A10 tourney.

It was clear from the start that we just didn’t have it tonight; I’m willing to just flush this one and move onto the next, but I really want to see us put out a much better effort this weekend against Dayton. Might be hard to win that game even with a good effort, but it’s important for the trajectory of this team to be competitive most nights, if not every night.

He adds basically nothing to this offense, and people are telling me they don't want a kid that's dropping 30 multiple games. But Zek adds nothing as well..

Remember when URI was hitting literally everything, and Umass hung around without their best player? That's a sign of a good team. Even on those nights when the opponents are going nuts, you still make it a game. What the fuck are we doing? How many times this year do we have these stretches of the ugliest, laziest basketball that I've ever seen from a URI team? Schmidt has a perfect game plan that teams will use against us. David Green is going to get doubled A LOT more now. But the worst part is our defense. When things are bad, this team checks out too much. I don't get it. I've been praising Archie lately, but he did not have these guys ready to play today.

Win the second half so we have some momentum going into Dayton or we may lose that game by 60..
