Great win. Contributions from pretty much everyone who saw the court. David Green is a beast. I liked when we went without a center for a little spurt. Can’t do that all game because rebounding was a challenge but good way to mix it up. That said, we got good 2nd half play by both big men, Fuchs and Fou. Love the balls on this team coming back from down double digits in the 2nd half.

Nice Win!

Bunch of different line ups played well together.

Zek made the last two free throws but I think it’s time for him to come off the bench.

At some point I want to see Green, Fou and Fuchs play together 😂😂!

First, flowers where they are due: Fuchs was nothing short of spectacular in the 2nd half. Him and Weston really had some chemistry going down the stretch. He belongs at the 5. If he's going to keep improving, he will be a dangerous player at the 5 in the conference. Still not better than Bilau - but Bilau is quick enough to play the 4 if Arch wants to play big. Fuchs earned the 5 spot tonight for sure if Bilau is going to be missing time/resting.

Archie. What a coaching clinic. Adjustments to lineups, shooting Joes out of the zone and getting guys into the middle to exploit and break it up. Going zone on Joes and daring them to shoot. Great feel for the game. His playcalling. That play at the end. Just...wow. We have a great coach. This felt like a coming out party...and we're still not fully healthy.

Hearing the players talk in the post game presser about Archie working them and pushing them through hell in practice is awesome. For the "not emotional" crowd - idk what you guys see but Archie exudes energy. I can only imagine him in practice if the guys are saying that he's pushing them through walls.

David. Fucking. Green. He's a complete difference maker. He reminds me of a Will Daniels. Just so dependable around the rim. Strong finisher. Looks for contact. Aggressive on defense. Aggressive on the boards. Aggressive. Assertive. Getter. We had heard all summer about how he was going to be our leader and most important player. I don't think it's wild to say the season would be on a different track if he had played the whole year so far. That said, we have him now - let's fucking ride.

Luis. Damn. Guy looked like a leader out there. So confident. Goes in strong. Finishes. For a lot of the game he felt like the only guy who could get you a bucket. What a shot. What a play call by Archie but what execution by Luis. Huge balls. HUGE shot. This is the stuff that turns around a season.

The effort across the team - when they made mistakes you had guys going all the way down the court to defend and prevent easy buckets. This team BELIEVES.

New year. New us. 1-0. GO RHODY.

We beat a team tonight that had the best player on the floor. Major progress.

That play where Weston ran the baseline then immediately reversed the ball was brilliant. Textbook.

Sloppy game at times but URI battled all night.

Good start to A10 play.

David Green is our most impt player. Every game. He elevates everyone.

David Fuchs haters need to say a proper mea culpa.

Weston and Fou come in cold and give great contributions in crunch time.

Archie coached his ass off. Kortright is clutch, inserting him for Weston in a last shot sequence was the move. Better decision maker and not scared of the moment.

Team defense held them below all their season averages. 18 assists, 10 turnovers. Missed a slew of free throws. This wasn’t a fluke we beat a good team and didn’t do anything spectacular to do so. Just played good ball on both ends.

Missed the Train I guess, the ball into the black hole could have something to do with it? Defense Archie wants?

A big step in the right direction tonight.

Now to play better on the road. FT's are and will be an issue I guess.

Beating a good team without playing our best...but the last 10 minutes was money time, just like the Yale game.

Great to see.

Only 9 turnovers and 18 assists. A 2 to 1 assist to turnover ratio for a team is pretty impressive. Especially, for what we’ve seen against lower competition.

Green having a great handle helps the entire team in reducing turnovers. Reminds me of a lean Delroy.

BAR is right. At the critical point in this game Green took over. Extremely dominant.

Greer is Lilly on overdrive. To take over even part of a game that Greer was playing in was impressive!

Archie’s best game as a Ram.
Everything he did worked.
And I, for one, am glad weston played.
They don’t win, imo, without his play in the second half.

He stepped up, for sure. Perhaps he'd been written off too soon...great to see him back. He had a rough first minute or two into the game, but Arch stuck with him and he contributed nicely.

I don't even know what to think now, which is actually a big upgrade. There's been a month or so of pure suck. Just suck, suck, suck. And then they come out tonight and beat one of the top teams in the conference. Freeking phenomenal.

Weston didn’t seem like the type that could take a marginal role and then maximize it. But he did just that. Was immense on D, made winnings plays, and was massive in his minutes. Probably his best stretch of minutes in Keaney Blue.

Also tonight, for the first time, we saw Archie go with Estevez at the 1. I think we see more of that moving forward.

I told my brother this is what it was like to play Archie at Dayton. Every time I wanted us to get a stop, Archie would have some perfectly designed play that he didn't bring out until the perfect moment, and they would end up with an easy open look or wide-open layup. Let's not forget that Luis was ice cold in the second half, but Archie knew he was the one who was going to win this for us. I think St. Joe's figured we would force-feed Green, and they planned on doubling him. Archie was special tonight. That's the type of performance that you only see from the very best. Man, what a coaching performance by Archie.

I love that Luis still affected the game in other ways, even when he was cold. He had some huge assists in key moments, and he kept us in it early in the 1st half.

It was a really tough night for the people who said David Green wouldn't be a difference-maker. I know it was only like two people on here, and they think every player will suck, but man, they couldn't have been more wrong. This kid is a stud. How awesome was it that he hit his free throws in the second half after going 3-10 in the first? Remember how many games we lost because the Twins couldn't hit free throws? Especially when it mattered most. Props to Green to still attack the hoop. Many guys avoid contact, so they don't go the line when they keep missing them. Green kept attacking. I honestly had no idea he was that good in the post.

Fuchs!!!!! That kid was born to be a 5. He probably has the best touch on the team. He had a couple of powerful and 1s, and I loved the way he battled. He also defended a couple of their guards when they went in the pick-and-roll and tried to attack him. Friendly reminder that this kid is only a freshman, and he's basically a walking double-double right now. He could be REALLY good.

The one negative thing I'll say about Archie is that there was no reason Brown should play over Fou. Fou is too talented on offense, and he busts his ass. Heck of a job by Archie to put Fou in during the second half. Weston was really big late as well.

Cam was up and down but he had a couple 3s go in and out. It was great to see him handle the point more.

Weston, locked in, is a good player. It'll be interesting to see who gets minutes if Zek keeps regressing. I still think we are at our best with Zek playing

Man, that felt good!! Let's shock the A10!!!!

I give Arch credit for keeping BW in there...the first two possessions he was in, I think, went quite badly. Glad he kept him in and that it worked out.
