I would have had them walk out after the video clips on the big screen to a round of applause and them waving to the crowd.

Seems like the obvious thing to do instead of having them at center court with multiple other people.

Walking out from the tunnel would have put 100% of attention solely on them.

In hindsight I would agree with that, good call.

Tyson was headed to Fairfield. NLHS coach Parker ranted and raved to a reporter: he'd be starting right now for URI and they haven't even called. Reporter told me. Rest is history.

IIRC, after we got involved with Tyson Arrogant Haystack Calhoun and the Leg-humpers thought they could just parachute in at the last minute and Tyson would forsake all others and sign with State U. Thankfully Tyson wasn't that shallow a person.
