THE EARLY LINE URI VS CCSU

The very very early line is already out for this Monday evening game and it is URI - 8.5 . I believe that the debacle that was last season is weighing
on the decision making of the odds makers and the feelings of the URI fans and also those of their opponents' fans and the media. I'm looking
for a 15 point or more victory Monday evening . I don't believe I am being overly optimistic but i will admit that maybe I'm basing my optimism
too much on the 42 point win of Wednesday night. I hope that Rams team is more representative of the 23-24 Rams than the predictions of an 11- 14
A10 finish that we are hearing from various media. I wonder what they all were expecting from the outcome of that exhibition ? So anyway take
the Rams and the points with high confidence if you are betting on this one. The balance from front court to back , and the scoring balance on Wednesday was impressive . Keep it going guys.

I believe Archie and the staff want to erase the smell and taste of last season, and therefore, they will have the team in a take no prisoners mindset - looking to enforce their will on weaker opponents.

That is my educated guess, anyway.

I love URI -11.5 here. CCSU was 0-3 versus A10 opponents last year with all losses being by at least 13 points. CCSU lost to teams like Maine, Stonehill, St. Francis last year so this is a team URI should be able to take care of.

I also like the Over in this game. CCSU gave up 83,90 and 94 points to A10 opponents last year and all three games went way over 135.5.

Yes , the Vegas line has moved to URI -11.5 which is probably a more realistic number . Even so , URI should cover that new number .

If the line jumped right away (I never could get it at -8.5 anywhere), then it sucks for me as a bettor but it is seemingly good for Rhody’s outlook if sharps immediately jumped on the initial number as a value.
