Three consecutive posts about me? Not the actual topic, but me instead. Guys, really, you shouldn't have...but, glad I could be there for you.

(I know, I know, I should have acknowledged each of you individually, but, busy-ish work day today.)

I see Bilau in here doing light rehab....no brace. I have to think that with 5 months to go before the season starts, there's a chance he's ready.

Maybe Biiau is far ahead of schedule . Rehab for one player is not the same as rehab for all players , and so you could be right Billyboy . I t would seem to me that he probably would be ready by October given where he's at right now and assuming no set backs or additional injury to his knee.

U20 FIBA Euro championships are coming up in a week or so maybe Rory might be playing for his home nation

The extra covid year doesn't change that.

Kortright played 3 years at Quinnipiac, listed as a junior. Green played 1 year at Hofstra, 2 years at LA. Tech, listed as a junior. House played 3 years at High Point, listed as a senior.

Hmm that’s interesting… Odd that they didn’t add the Covid year for the other players but they did for House. Maybe we are only planning on having him for one year. I was hoping two but who the hell knows.

Who knows, but I wouldn't make too much of it.
He has 2 years eligibility left and after this season he will decide if he returns for the additional Covid year.

Capable of getting to the free throw line, he shot 207 free throws in 30 games in 2022-23, an average of 6.9 attempts per game. A two-time Big South Player of the Week, House earned all-conference honorable mention this year. He has 81 career games to his credit and already is a career 1000-point scorer.

My concern isn’t his availability to start, it’s his durability. If he plays most of the season we’ll be so dangerous down low, based on his track record I don’t hold high hopes.

We do have depth though, which could be good to protect his usage.

Yes Blue Man, there should be no reason to rush Bilau.
We have Foumena, Brown, and Fuchs and they may even turn out to be a better option.
With him only playing 8 games, and returning from major injury, not sure what to expect from him.
Also as you said, his durability is a big question mark.

He still signed and is officially on the roster whether or not he gets an immediate waiver. I wouldn’t read any more into it.

Doubtful he will ever be part of the rotation.
