But after the emotions settle and given the short-handedness of the team, the team will grow from this. We fought and gave max effort. Unfortunately, we went cold the last 7 minutes ( with turnovers added in) as they got hot.

Jackson was shooting 20% (5/20) on two point jumpers this season before that make. No issue with the timeout at all... some issue with the defense that was set up, though. Not much resistance for him to get down the floor there.

No issue with that timeout call this is an undermanned team that needs lots of coaching. This isn’t the type of team you let play bc they have been there done that.

You have to live with the TOs from Carey and Ish bc they are going to have force things a lot especially in end of shot clock situations. Carey had his usual 2-3 lack of focus ones that are killers but he also is a big reason we are even in the game.

Team fought hard and deserved that one I feel bad for the locker room. Kid hit a tough shot with a hand in his face.

These type of high school score, rock fights is going to be what it looks like in any game we keep competitive. We simply don’t have enough offense to put on the floor.

TBH, I'm disappointed in the lost and the way we lost, but I honestly didn't think we had a chance and would have been destroyed. It did suck blowing a 12 point lead with 10 mins left, but getting the lead with 4 secs left, it's what you want. But I do question why no one was guarding the inbound pass and I thought it was sort of token don't foul defense there. Still it was a good shot and it was nailed. Better days are ahead. Be patient.

You must have missed the game where he single handedly beat Dayton and couldn’t miss from three. He’s a really good shooter but our scout was all over him he had zero clean looks.

This game seemed to completely turn around after a fake foul call against Weston on an uncontested offensive rebound that would have resulted in an uncontested put back . how they came up with afoul call when there was no VCU player within three feet of Weston . Does anyone remember that play
and were my eyes deceiving me ? There was no one in front of Weston and the VCU player was two steps behind Weston . Was I hallucinating or is that what happened ? The announcers said there was nothing . If that is what happened that has to have been the most bogus call of all time.

That was 1 shot away from Ramster being prophetic in how he thought the game would go. Thomas was solid, the ball def moved better and our defense was much much better.
