Wow, another loss for URI. Idk what happened after those results against Hofstra, Penn state and PC but yikes... Horrible ending to the season. The attack has been atrocious.

First time missing the A10’s since 2013. Really disappointing considering the talent on this team.

They beat some of the best teams on their schedule but could mainly only manage ties with the lesser opponents, especially in A-10 play.

The 2022 NCAA Tournament field was announced today. The A-10, the league in which URI could not make the top 8, had but one team selected. That team is St Louis, one of the few A-10 opponents in which URI registered an outright win (3-2) over. The only other URI opponent to make it was Hofstra, a team URI was also able to beat (2-0). Elsewhere in New England, Vermont, UNH, and Quinnipiac made the tournament.
