Funny - the native americans I know felt like the Redskins and Indians name changes were further erasing their history and taking them out of the conversation completely - regardless of what today's wokest of woke deem "appropriate." Suzan Harjo is just the native american version of Al Sharpton - capitalizing on the disenfranchisement of her people and leveraging that to make herself wealthy while actually not contributing anything to the community itself, as it continues to delve further into poverty thanks to it's dependence on government subsidies.
