I’m not disappointed if Diggins doesn’t end up at Rhody. Would have been happy, but I’d rather have the more proven college player (Freeman) in this particular case, if given the choice.

Recruiting wars between Rhody and UMass - as well as between other conference members - seem to be heating up. I think it bodes well for the conference going forward as the increased recruiting competition could help most to raise their standards to get better in the coming years. Hopefully the players stay multiple years and the conference begins racking up good non-conference wins.
