Good, crisp offense with no stupid shots...pack line defense...players play hard...the offense looks logical, organized, and purposeful and not just some streetball slop that somebody threw out there without putting much thought into it...he seems to look for/recruit guys that very much like to win/have an edge to them as part of their DNA/place a high value on winning which I suppose can potentially cause some behavioral/off-the-court problems...he is very tight-lipped/nondescript about giving injury updates/he is the Bill Belichick of college basketball in terms of giving injury updates.

I like you, you seem like a good person and we appreciate your input and participating here as a fan of conference rival without being a shithead. So I do not mean this in any sort of way that is personal to you at all. But. Really glad to hear you say this, I think its a pretty ringing endorsement from someone in your spot. If you were like "yeah, good luck" then I'd be a little rattled.

It's nice that this is a done deal on March 17th with the 1st NCAA Tournament Games being played.

Lot's of time still left to recruit incoming freshmen and transfers from the portal - with immediate eligibility.

Graduating in the Hurley days, and being a season ticket holder ever since, this year is truly the first year that I was discouraged. In school, all I knew was winning. As a season tix holder I was first optimistic and then this year I was hopeless.

Wild to think I’m going to sleep this happy on the first day of the Tournament, without URI coming close to playing in it. Practice facility in 2023 will be similar to the Ryan center upgrades Hurley helped make in his second year.

I could see Ostrom as associate head coach. Then get some young recruiters who know the northeast.

While he’s not young per se the guy Carrol who just left Mt Hermon would be an amazing get for any NE program. I also would love to see Tyson make the staff but that’s gravy at this point just get Archie.

Now that we have Archie, I think Iggy is right on target with Ostrom.
That would make sense since he had been with Miller a long time.

The only hold back would be if he stays in the Midwest and is approached by a P6 school.
I know Illinois was looking at him this past season. Also, Xavier, K-State, and Nebraska could all be landing spots for him.

I would be curious to see how many $ they are adding to our assistant's pool.

He would be a great addition to our new staff.

I’m super impressed at the speed of this. Cox was announced as not returning a week ago today. 6 1/2 days later Miller is in the folder. Those whispers Blue Man told us about from Borzello’s (?) tweet must have been more than whispers. As Blue Man said in his opening post - where there’s smoke there’s fire!
