So I’m trying to help people out here Rhode 15. I’m doing so because the Day is coming up soon and yes, it’s true, it’s NOT the last home game of the year. Hence the heads up, you are welcome.

It’s in the Ticketing Section under promotions.

I bought extra tix for the last game of the year months ago knowing it’s usually well attended. Little did I know then Senior Day wouldn’t be the last game.

Then I noticed Senior Day is The 2nd last game. I double confirmed this with the URI Ticket Office during the Dayton Home Game Monday night this week.

I posted the info here early this morning. Since then it has disappeared and reappeared about 2-3 times IN the NCAA or Bust Section as it should be. My guess is a moderator or two are confirming my info since it is an unusual scheduling of Senior Day. I don’t know.

Then my Senior Day post just reappeared in this section a few minutes ago. I didn’t put it here. My Senior Day Game post was originally in the NCAA or Bust section.

Sorry for the confusion but it’s not on me.

Don’t know. The WBB is on a Wednesday night.
Maybe if the game is in a Saturday it’s easier to get the Family there on a Weekend. Jeremy Sheppard and Ishmael El-Amin are to be honored per the GoRhody Website.

But if a Senior Day that is traditionally scheduled on the last game of the season is moved to the next to last home game then the Marketing/Advertising/Ticketing Groups should take extra steps to make the customer base aware imho.

I just want posters like Neil who write special stories about each Senior every year to be aware. Would hate to see Senior Day get missed for those who cherish this event each year.
