Intentionally bumping a player, walking through another teams huddle, trying to intimidate/taunt. These types of Ts should require discipline, but the statue of a coach does nothing. I truly find them to be an embarrassment to the University.

I don’t get cbs sports with my cable package. I’ve been signing up for various free trials of streaming services to get the games, but not making the effort anymore this season.

What's so funny is I came here to say the same thing. I have a Roku 4khdtvlblah but only have Netflix, Prime, and rando apps. I'm listening to the game on the Varsity app since I do not have cable and never prob will again at this rate. Stone's calling it solo since they couldn't property accommodate Shane to get to this specific booth. BIG faux pas for VCU.

Some unknown for Fordham gets a double double against us in the first half and tonight Curry goes for 17 in the first half.
Anyone notice how VCU runs plays and gets lay ups and open shots. What plays do we run? Do we set any meaningful picks / screens to get an open shot. Actually I should have said do we TRY to run any picks / screens. The offense that Cox teaches these guys is beyond pitiful

This is what drives me the most crazy. I am all for some shit talkin and all that (without getting the stupid techs), but you better be really good if you're going to do it. And not being down double digits would help to. Oh or hanging on the rim after a dunk while the other team quickly gets back up court and drains a 3.

He got his fair share, but like most coaches set the expectation that he’d handle the refs and the players were to focus on playing.

To 86’s point - these are the worst kind of techs. It’s not reactions. It’s not pumping up your team. It’s not emotion. It’s just childish, punk, bs.

No self respecting coach would allow that to go on.

For our holier than thou coaching crowd - this is a lot more of a poor reflection on URI than any recruiting faux paus imho.

Does anyone recall something good happening this year when one of the twins dribbles the ball up court. Maybe one move tonight for a lay up. Cox should have forbidden this from happening at all with our guards performing this task. He cannot stop the technicals either. How about some discipline from the coach for at least once or is it not his style. That first half is in the top 10 of worst halves of me watching URI teams in about 50 years.

Wow. This is saying something. I haven’t watched a minute of the game, but to say this half is in the top 10 is saying something with some of the games we have produced over the years. Let me guess-a ton of turnovers, the Mitchell twins get technicals/fouls(maybe both), players like Leggett, Sheppard and others continue to disappoint?
