Steph Curry was not highly recruited coming out of high school (Charlotte Christian Academy). He was a good player and a good students - a good fit for Davidson which has graduated 23 Rhodes Scholars.

Not only that but Davidson has a weird rule of not retiring athletes numbers unless they graduate. It’s popped up as a thing in the media over the years how crazy it is they won’t just retire his number

Seems like we are going to have a hard time finding many open shots. We need Shep and EA to be hot. I love the way we are defending so far. If the twins can play smart defense like this then we are a much better team.

The amount of negative plays (turnovers, fouls, bad shots) from the Mitchells continues to be so frustrating. Meanwhile Walker is our best player.

Don’t get me wrong I agree. I also think technicals are weak shit unless someone says/does something ungodly. Kind of weird to me that we collectively are just okay with refs impacting outcomes of games cause someone hurts their feelings

Something needs to change with how we involve the Mitchell’s offensively. They need to be involved they’re good players. But forcing lob passes into the post is just playing 50/50 basketball.

Doesn’t feel like we get them involved in the flow of the offense very often
