That’s fine. I agree he sees the floor well. But if the ball isn’t going in the hoop what does it matter? I’m not saying other people aren’t at fault here but they’re cheating off him on the perimeter so hard to clog the paint, dude hits backboard on every 3

I think part of it is people are holding out hope for something which makes sense. Hoping they can have a guy that grows into a star. Last year the team was awful, but Ish gave people something to look forward to.

Agreed. I think people just want something to believe in. I want him to be a star as much as everyone else, but don’t necessarily think he makes us better right now. Our “best” players underperforming isn’t ideal either, but their ceilings are all currently higher by a wide margin
