URIs schedule has been much tougher than most negative nancies here think. True road games included which most P6 teams avoid like the plague. The weak URI schedule plays to the narrative for the FIRE _ _ _ thread.



KenPom uses last years results as do others. So they used Texas Tech results from last year when their top 6 players this year were not even on the team. Makes no sense.

In this day and age with 1800 transfers per year teams using prior year results is getting worthless.

RPI uses this year only as it always has

NET uses this year only as well but doesn’t publish til next week.

Today is Rhody's last chance to add a good out of conference win this regular season. Every remaining non-conference game is just a chance to hold serve. Today's game is big for URI and the Atlantic 10. There is still time for the A-10 to improve the out of conference record. On the plus side this season we have improved both defense and shot selection. If we reduce turnovers and technical fouls we could be formidable.
