The yurview stream is absolutely fine and it is literally the exact same product you’d get on ESPN+. It’s not like ESPN is sending their production crew and announcers to every ESPN+ broadcast, they’re just streaming whatever is being done on site. That being said, it is a little curious why every A10 game tonight is on ESPN+ and we aren’t. Seems like there has to be an explanation for it and I’m more interested in that than people just complaining and taking shots at the school when they have no idea what the story is.

I’m not that sure why it’s such a big deal considering it is free as opposed to being on a subscription service. But let’s say, hypothetically, that Cox/Yurview provides assistance for the production of the games all season that end up on ESPN+ and in exchange they asked for a game or two as an exclusive to stream on their service. That’s a real big problem? I’m not sure that’s really an example of not being able to figure it out or of thinking small.

If the game weren’t available because it wasn’t on ESPN+ I’d have as much issue as anyone but having your game available for free actually seems like a good thing.
