The problem we always have with teams like UMASS, is even when we shut down their best player, some random finds a way to scorch us for 20+.

Looking at KenPom, a stat that jumps out at me is that both teams are elite at drawing fouls and getting to the line and both teams are extremely prone to committing fouls. Expect there to be a choppy flow to this game and learn to love the sound of a whistle.

I LOVE reading this board and really appreciate the people who run it.

BUT it sure reminds me of a radio talk show I've done for years. The same five callers argue about, say Trump VS Clinton back then, and all the other listeners who want to talk about actual issues are stuck listening to it lol.

Umass really hasn’t played anyone good up until this point. Should be interesting if we play down to them or if they can manage play up to us (we carry momentum from Saturday implied)

Saw Keegan Records from South Kingstown on Colgate the other day.

He's not from RI, but Mattapoisett, Mass., which is near New Bedford, about 20 minutes from me.

Glad he got the dunk, but he had back to back turnovers prior to that which led to 2 UMASS fast breaks. He needs to play in more control.

Yeah we had the momentum at that point and it died with those turnovers.

The first one was just him over zealous with the passing. Whole team has that problem. He had an easy floater that he passed up trying to fit it between 2 or 3 minutemen.

You know, someone had a picture of their dog in one of the seats courtside at Mullins. Made me think of Rod and that big mastiff he had. I wanna find out how much it cost to have these photos put in the stands, I want to put both Rod and his pup in the front row. URI's ultimate bb fan. He deserves to watch Rhody bb from the sideline.
