These refs are awful, almost as sloppy as were playing. That being said if Mahkel knew how to shoot a free throw this would be moot. Kid absolutely stinks at the line

When did he get a bench warning? I saw them tell the bench to calm down at one point but I don't remember a warning. I guess I missed it.

How many goddamn times is Carey going to stare at the ball on 50/50 plays?

Those last two plays just show the differences between these teams when it comes to decision making you have Fatts chucking up a three like he always does to end the first half which is on coach cox at this point and baffling to say the least. Then on the other end Lofton attacks the hoop to end the half because he understands what a high percentage look is

I love Fatts, and I find myself frequently defending him on this board, but his play this year has been nothing short of atrocious. Earth to Fatts: YOU'RE NOT A GOOD SHOOTER!! Drive and dish, play solid D. That's what we need from you, not forcing up shots from all over the court and being careless with the basketball. Going to be a long afternoon.

Two questions: can we take a charge? I think we have committed 3 if not 4. Can we make a jump shot? I guess there is a third question: can we run a play where a pick is set and we get an open jump shot? We run the weave outside the three point line that results in virtually nothing except to take time off the shot clock. Can someone set a meaningful pick?
It is astounding that not one borderline call went in out favor. The non call on the goal tending play was blatant enough so that three refs missed the call some how!
Can we break the record for turnovers? It is not that the Bonnies are playing in your face defense. Just a lot of carelessness by Rhody.
I think it is a blessing that we cannot go to the games to watch this awful display of basketball.

The Bonnies get the last shot of the half, and why? Because Jalen Carey does not go after the ball at the other end and beat by a Bonnie. I'll say it again, if he can't have a better way of battling he should not play.

Which of course brings up the point, that there are 8 seconds left and Cox has a chance to bring in defensvie replacements, No, we Jalen out there and no Malik, no two big guys no AB----This is pathetic coaching. Does anyone think Jalen Carey should be in on the last defensvive play of the half. ??

Somewhat obvious but both these teams played pretty bad in the first half. Whoever wakes up first can probably walk away with this one fairly easily. Fingers crossed it’s us

Lofton is too quick for Ish to prevent his penetration. Need Shepard to try and keep up with him.

Great point about the last 8 seconds. HOW BOUT ONE OF THE ASSISTANTS MAKING A SUGGESTION? There was extra time since the refs had to check the shot clock.

Lets see which coach makes the 2nd half adjustments to give his team the advantage. Clearly Bona's would love for RI to keep turning it over and hucking up ill advised 3's, he'd be smart to stay in a zone as the only real area Bona should be concerned is in the paint. Will Cox find a way to get the ball down low against the zone and try to pick up a quick 3rd foul on Osunniyi ? My guess is no, same approach we had with Bassey in the WKU game.
Not sure what our approach is on offense, we dont pass well, move without the ball and there is no flow whatsoever in our half court sets. Glad its not a must win game.

Fatts should sit the whole second half. Time for him to get a message, because if Cox has been trying to send one it hasn't been received yet. You're shooting 1-4 and chuck up an off balance hero ball three early in the shot clock that had no chance of going in and because of your poor decision making St. Bonaventure has more time to score at the end of the half.

I don't care if it's injuries, confidence, aliens, or Monstars, Fatts is killing us this year and we need a lot more out of him. He's a senior who has been given the keys for two and a half years and he doesn't seem any better than he was as a sophomore
