First half observations...

- Rock fight. Just as we thought it would be (but not this bad). I’d like to believe that we can’t shoot it any worse than we did in the first half but the St. Joe’s senior night showed me that anything’s possible. Let’s hope the shots start falling or we’re in trouble.

- Fouling them seems like a better prospect than allowing high percentage dunks and layups. Only problem with that strategy is we’ll run out of players.

- In a game like this you HAVE to hit free throws and we’re shooting it at about 50%.

- Fatts is pressing so hard. Trying to shoot his way out of it. I don’t know what the answer is. He’ll either fire up a 3 or wildly drive and look for contact. A high school coach would say “get it back on the defensive end” and I have to give Fatts and our boys credit there for keeping Rhody in an ugly game.

- More Toppin, less Harris, please.

- We have to start hitting wide open 3’s. Holy shit.

Strong 2nd half where we outscore them 35-20 and win by 8. Please!

I like that we havent used up a lot of fouls going into the second half.

Use them.

Jermaine should use all five.

First let's figure out how to play basketball on the offensive end a little bit.

I have no problem with them losing and trying but they are laying down and taking it. From a bigger picture I think its hard when you expect to be a strong NIT to start the season move up to NCAA status and then fall back to NIT status
