Just read an article on espn.com about Quade Green (from Philadelphia) of the University of Washington who has just been declared academically ineligible. The article goes on to say that last winter he transferred from Kentucky and received a waiver from the never accountable NCAA to be able to play IMMEDIATELY. The waiver certainly could not be due to a stellar academic record but WTF could be the reason for a waiver under these circumstances.

The NCAA is a huge bureaucratic organization that is not accountable to anybody or anything. How can the member schools allow this to continue?

The guy slapped him five like 10x in the last 3 minutes of a close game that his brother is playing in. Have some pride. The guys like 20 years younger than you there to watch his brother. He was great taking selfies with kids.

I walked out with him, and actually apologized to him for the fans behavior. It was utterly ridiculous.

At the risk of sounding bougee, I have a summer home in an area where a lot of celebs vacation. It is ridiculous to see what grown adults do when they recognize them in restaurants or on the street. Some celebs will patiently accept the distraction, but others get hostile. Don’t ever approach Spike Lee, because he will not Do The Right Thing!
