Some can make multi six figures. I know Jimmy Baron was up there. Tried to find some current data but no luck. From what I know some of these clubs pick up the tax bill on salaries so they’re essentially retaining all that income.

But I think it's Sean Colson, looks like him sort of, then he transferred to UNC Charlotte

Christian Thompson is playing decent for Tulane, but he's 1-7 on 3s and shooting 62 % on FTs. One of things that held him back, I think, was his reputation as a shooter, which he isn't. Much better going to the rim and rebounding.

FWIW, I always thought that that reputation was overblown because he had some early success shooting the 3 in his freshman year - Looking at his 2015-16 game log, he went 3/5 against Ryder and 3/3 against PC. 3/4 against Brown in his first 13 games, but finished the year shooting 32.8 percent. However, it was our first "look" at a player, so that becomes the image you hold in your head. If he had that streak in his sophomore or junior year, you just attribute it to him shooting the ball well for a couple games, not that he's an incredible shooter.

The whole thing was weird- I guess he was still on “administrative leave” and not with the team, yet there had been no formal announcement and his info was still up on their site and everything. I don’t know what to think. Preston’s a good guy. I thought he’d be a head coach someday, but his path has been altered. Wonder what’s next?
