As simple as we just ran out of gas. You can see it on both ends. Bonnies is getting everything they want on offense; we cannot get anything going. Tired legs.

Can’t really be mad about it. I’m proud of this team. Barring a miracle, the run ends here but it wasn’t for nothing. To be continued...

They arent that good.

We have been kinda good over the last 6 games.

The A-10 is not good and if they win tomorrow and go to the dance.

They will be murdered.

We probably would too.

VCU without Marcus Evans has NO CHANCE to win a game in the dance.

Its a shame we ran out of gas like this after having a 15 point lead, its really to bad because this St Bona team is not good at all, we beat this team 9 out of 10 times if we play them. Encouraged to see how we ended the season and this game will not leave a bad taste in my mouth, the team is gassed, we will have alot of good discussion this off season. Goal is to get the double bye next year in this tournament.

Mixed emotions. Getting blown out is one thing playing three games in three days but having a 15 point lead late in the first half and losing by 20 or so is embarrassing.

Absolutely fatigued, you can see it. Sucks. Hell of a run to finish the year tho. Kids played their hearts out these last few weeks. Time to run shit in this conference next year.

Despicable is a bit strong. If we kept on the same path as we were trending with 2-3 weeks to go in the season then lost in the first round, sure by all means. But I prefer to say this was a flawed team who showed flashes of future success.

Cannot be upset with the effort in Brooklyn. Won two and knocked out the one seed. Can't win them all. The last seven games give me hope for next year. GO RHODY!

Well it was a frustrating up and down season at times, but the finish was fun and it's something to build on for next year. Lots of work to be done still, but the pieces are there I think.

Hate to admit it but I had the Duquene game in the back of my head when we were up in the first half wondering why we were letting these guys hang around. I sure wish we could turn back the clock and had taken one or two timeouts in the last four minutes of the first half. Maybe we could’ve turned the tide at that point in time. We’ll never know but hopefully it’s a lesson learned.

Add mading hammond long and walker to this team subtract preston. A summer of development and maturing of the head coach. The future is bright. Semifinal appearance in the a10 tournament on some of which said was a bridge year. Cant help but be proud to be a part of this ram family.

It was a two possession game well into the second half. They went up by 15 early when Bonnies was tight and couldn’t make anything and used up all our gas to do it. We hit a wall with about 8 minutes left and basically didn’t score the rest of the game. That happens when you play three games in three days, plus they expended a ton of mental and physical energy turning the ship around over the last few weeks.

People acting like babies about the way this game went are an embarrassment. It makes it seem like we don’t know anything about what we are watching. Losing always sucks but getting to this point would have seemed about right to me last October and seems like a huge accomplishment in light of where we were a few weeks ago. Keep things in perspective. Onward and upward.

Bonnie’s are going to contend for next 3 years. Three freshman who overall are better than our freshman, and the best/2nd best coach in the league. A10 is going to be fun next few years, and hoping our coaching and players can progress to compete for top 4 spot. Won’t be easy.

Congrats to the team for their late season run.

A guy like walker would have really helped in a game like this. I think it is safe to assume we will be a much deeper team next year. With more maturity and also imo walker is a huge upgrade over preston. Let's hope this last stretch is stuck in the minds of these kids and drives them for success next year. This run can be seen as nothing but positive for fans and the program.

Short term memory loss I guess, cause Rese and Tate were huge yesterday in the VCU win

Whatta gonna do, they are gassed and have nothing left in tank. Happy we made the semis. Next year looks very promising
