This FT shooting by Rhody is just brutal. Most high school teams are better from the stripe.

Thankfully Downtin and Russell turned it on a few minutes into the 2nd half to make the missed ft's not matter much. Basically the three returnees from LY carried us this game. Did not get a lot from any other one player.

This should have been a blowout but they decided to only play 38.5 minutes, I guess? Terrible D and free throw shooting to close it out. Good to see the team play really well, even if only for about a 12 minute stretch. It was enough today. A full 40 minute performance is still something we are chasing.

Evry road win is a good win , but this was not a stellar performance . Way too many turnovers and the FT shooting was horrible again.
Cyril should go right to the gym to shoot FTs for a few hours. Is it me or does tis team play poorly as soon as CT enters the game and
much better while he is on the bench. good defense from Cyril , Harris Tate and the guards . good rebounding from Cyril, Martin and Tate.

Very good 2nd half. Have to reduce turnovers (18 today) and more consistent FT shooting (56% 19-34).
FG shooting was excellent at 58%. Limited 3PT attempts to 8.
Great game by Cyril. He was uder control going to the basket.
Great 2nd half by Jeff after a bad 1st half.
Solid game by Fatts 5-11 FG, 9-12 FT. Too many TOs at 5.
Defense seemed weak in 1st half but picked it up down 12 in the 2nd.

Mind boggling to think with a large amount of ft attempts that we shot a better percent from the field than the line.

FG 28-48 58.3%

I don’t think Thompson contributes much at all but you assumption about team performance with and without CT in the game isn’t supported statistically. Against the Bonnies Thompson had the best +/- at +22.

Great second half and comeback but I still wonder why CT gets the minutes he gets. Still have to improve the free throw shooting. Cyril needs to spend a lot of time shooting free throws. It would also help if he can recognize a double team and pass out of it.

Cyril broke his nose against Bonnie’s, start with the mask today and say F it after a few minutes and dominated the rest of the game without the mask.

Cyril was 8-12 FG with 14 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 turnovers, 1 foul and your comment is “it would help if he can recognize a double team and pass out of it”. Really! That’s your thought. How many doubles did he have turnovers today?

I agree especially on the offensive end of the court. I would not mind having JH coming in off the bench for Langevine and Tate.
