I think we are due for a nice bounce back performance

We aren't going to let one bad performance ruin a great season

I think this team knows seeding is important and doesn't want to keep dropping in the seedlings

I'm with you reef. I was feeling pretty pessimistic yesterday, but am starting to turn the corner. I'm hard pressed to think we go out and lay an egg tomorrow night. This team is gritty, just like their coach. I'm feeling a bounce back as well. I sure as hell hope we're right.

Any team coached by Danny will perform better with a chip on their shoulder. Maybe this is me hoping, but I completely expect this team to be locked in for every game they have the privilege to play in the rest of the way... starting tomorrow night.

If we play well, a statement game would recover quite a bit of the ground we lost on KenPom. There are only 8 spots between us and Davidson after that loss and a statistically strong conference road win will theoretically be a big boost.

Anyone have any suggestions on a free stream for tomorrow? I have never had success trying to use CBS Sports. Always tried to force me to buy a subscription.

This is a big game tonight in terms of the teams psyche, or at least mine. It would be very nice to wash that sour taste out of everyone's mouth going into the A10 tournament. It would be a pretty long week if we can't come out of Davidson with a win. Go Rhody!

I'm absolutely past last game. It was disappointing. But it is over. Lots of opportunity in front of them.

I just hope DH gets a separate pre-game meal and Rhody doesn't attend Davidson's senior banquet.

While I'm not necessarily expecting a win (Davidson is a good team and we are on the road), I do expect them to be sharp and play much better than Tuesday night. It's just a matter of if Davidson matches us. I'm thinking it will be down to the wire either way.

Ninety percent of me is confident that we will respond well tonight and play one of our best games of the year, and by 9PM all will be right with the world.

The other ten percent of me is terrified that we will be tight and psyched out and play not to lose and put our season into a truly precarious situation, which we couldn't have even imagined a week ago.

I've been waiting for this game since about 7:45 on Tuesday night. I'm sure the players and coaches feel the same way. These guys made their marks on this program by responding well to adversity and playing their best basketball with their backs against the wall at right around this time last year. Tonight - the last game of the regular season - is the first time they will confront any sort of adversity this year (although still nowhere near what they faced last year).

It is major gut check time.

Well, I am stuck in a sh!tty Hampton Inn at Toronto Int'l Airport - flight this afternoon to Boston was canceled of course, after a long ride in from Vancouver after a long business week. Got re-booked for Saturday 5pm, sucks!

So I just Uber'd to the closest beer store I could find, grabbed a 12 rack, and am back at the hotel to watch the game on my laptop in my room (there is absolutely nowhere around here to go out and watch the game, total sh!thole industrial area)...has to be the most expensive 12 of Coors Light I've ever bought if you include the $30 round trip in Uber.

For me with Fios, when I go to the cbssportsnet page it asks me to log into my Fios account, I would assume it's the same for Cox...

I wonder if Jarvis is feeling well. His minutes are down and he's 0-12 in his last 3 games. First time in his career he's gone scoreless 3 games in a row. I also wonder if Cyril's injury is bothering him. In the last 3 games he has 12 rebounds. In the 4 games before that, he had 42. Recently, he's been riding the bike when he's not in the game. He had been sitting on the bench until a couple of weeks ago. Dowtin looked really out of sorts (well, pretty much everyone did) coming off the bench on Friday. Everyone's routine was affected, but I think Jeff's was affected the most. Fatts is just a streaky shooter. Right now he's on a bad streak, something like 1-18 in his last two games. Time for a good streak. We like to go to Andre early, the first couple of halfcourt sets in the game. If he can get a couple of baskets in his 5 minutes to start the game, he's done his job. If we can get 3 out of 5 of these guys back on track tonight, I'll be very happy.

Billyboy, that's why a week off will help them.....I've been thinking the same thing.

Stan is worn down too....Dan admitted as much a few days ago....guarding bigger guys takes it's toll. Tonight will be no different.

I think we'll have a few guys get back on track tonight....hopefully enough to win....

I'm guessing Cyril will have surgery after the season is over......a hernia just doesn't go away without it....especially in an athlete's case.
