Which came right after Bigby got a pass through right to himi at the top of the key and he fumbled it away. We can't buy a rebound in this game on the offensive boards. Ugly game.

I'm stuck at work so I can't watch (been trying to get a stream on the I phone without m boss or any of my tables seeing me. No luck so far). Sounds like another ugly game that's going to come down to the wire. My main concern from the GW game was the massive struggle the had inbound in the ball. Have you guys seen any of that so far today?

this is remarkable.

kinda puts to rest the argument some posters were making over the past couple days that "we're not good enough to get homecourt calls"

Fordham's worse than we are and the refs are doing all they can to help them

I hate when the refs affect the outcome of games, really bad calls both ways, just more bad calls against us

Besides this game being downright awful. Nik is a whiney b*tch and wish he was off the team, Bigby is awful, Powell needs to be told to stop shooting 3's as he's short every time,team should stop guarding the perimeter and shut off lanes instead. Let Fordham beat you from the outside!

Can everyone shut the F up with complaining about the officials.... yes they SUCK, but so does our effort today. We are not a good team and we need everything to break right for us to win games, especially on the road regardless of opponent. Sloppy defense, crucial missed free throws, defensive breakdowns, lack of inside game... we will be fortunate enough to win ANY games this year.

We were due for a bad game with the team having played relatively well in two straight. This team lacks talent and is just too inconsistent to expect very much. Thankfully, only 11 more games of this left for this season. Much better times ahead next year.

19 O-boards for Fordham! Worse stat of them all! This team is awful with boxing out! Can't do anything about the height advantage by Canty & Leonard but box outs have been non-existent by Rhody

I think Hurley did Fordham a big favor today by staying with the man to man defense. Fordhams only 2nd half offense has been driving to the basket and drawing fouls. Fordham was in the double bonus with 10 minutes remaining and we never switched our defense to protect our foul situation and force them to shoot from the outside.

Let see what we draw up for the final possession of the game.

Bigby boxed out Leonard pretty text-bookly (words!) and got climbed on. They have been shitty rebounding the basketball today but I think its more a lack of size and no over the back's being called rather than lack of effort.

Worst loss this year by far. Team played like dogshit for 40 minutes, and had no business even being in the game at the end. Don't understand forcing the ball to Munford three times at the end of the game when he had played so badly. Give Malone, TJ or Mike a shot. Most aggravating game since the Baron era.

Gritty performance for Fordham. They came to play today and Rhody didn't. If you are not all that good, you have to put forth your best effort for every game, regardless of opponent.

This season was a lost cause from day one and today is the exclamation point.

Truly dissappointing game in every way. I agree that Hurley should have switched to zone after realizing that if we touched the other team it would be called a foul, especially because Fordham barely took take ANY jumpshots in the second half, just drives to the basket. See ya A10 tourney

we may have played bad but the refs cost us that game, Fordham shot 25 free throws the second half because they called 20 fouls on URI, I have never seen that many calls against one team. Most were not fouls, many fantom calls or call a hand on a guy.
