He called a bunch of games a few years ago. His tone is so annoying and I don't think he's seen either team play this year

Great performance overall but wow that sequence by EC may have been the worst ball handling under pressure I've seen from a guard in some time.

It's unbelievable how many horrible turnovers EC commits. About 90 percent of the time when he's dribbling

EC needs to catch and shoot or pass immediately. He can't dribble the ball until he fixes whatever is going on with his handle.

Great performance tonight. Got that UMass monkey off our back and we're still in 1st place.

You could tell how much our defense frustrated the UMass guys all night, they couldn't do anything and you could tell it was really pissing them off.

Great game! The best part was all of the Big 4 Frosh and Soph's had good games. We have not had that happen before...2-3, but not all 4 in the same game.

Great game!!!!

Hurley was PISSED over a few calls in the first half that put some of his best players on the bench.

They came out for the 2nd half, and took it out on UMass.

Best game I've seen in a long while. NO A10 team would have beaten us tonight.

Other than getting EC a string to attach to the ball when he dribbles it, you can't ask for more from this team than they did tonight.

They took a BIG step toward where they want to go, in this game. I thought they might win big, but no way this big.

I wasn't sure we were good enough yet, to really win this conference, and possibly make the Dance.

I stand corrected. The A10 has been officially put on notice.

Just got home; great effort, fantastic second half!!!

Huge 3 by Jarvis to take them out of their zone, plus another huge bucket later on. Terrell made a huge one a few minutes later to thwart their comeback. Ther frosh were the stars, but major contribution by JR in the first half, when they needed it. Biruta played well; didn't show in stats. TJ always the calming infuence when things were getting tight with the press. Thought EC had a double/double. Yikes. But they played an awesome second half. Crowd was loud and into it pretty much the whole game; EZ only had to spur them on once. That's what a good college basketball atmosphere is all about!

It's a whole different ball game when we are making 3's. Jarvis and Jared are starting to shoot them better, what a great time to start doing it.

Keep doing it, and we become a LOT harder to beat.

Same with FT's. Don't want to say we're all of a sudden a good FT shooting team, but the trend line is definitely upward. Whatever they are doing in practice, keep it going.

Very solid performance. Agree that EC can't and shouldn't handle the ball. They should NEVER inbound to him in the backcourt. Especially in the corner. He seems to be getting worse with the ball. JT should handle it more.
The frosh are really developing.
JR did a good job. I think Gil had fewer fouls than anyone. Good solid game. Quiet game for Martin. TJ is TJ. Really going to miss him.
Of all the players who sat out with baron, why couldn't he have been one of them.
I'm glad the students didn't rush the court. That would have given way too much respect to UMASS. Rushing the court these days happens almost as much as country music having another awards show.

TJ!! Deserves a trip to the NCAAs. EC I bet handles the ball better a week from now. I think he tries to show he can do too much without his dominant hand. Just dominate with the left and let everything else come off that.

Kid will be fine. Winn the A10!!!!!!

I'm not disagreeing with you about Hassan, he wasn't his normal dominant self all game. But isn't it awesome that a quiet game from Martin is still a double double? 11 points and 10 rebounds (and 4 blocks).

On the play where Hass got fouled trying to dunk the ball, I think the ball ended up at half court. That is how hard he slams the ball down. AMAZING!!!!

This was just at awesome. Took the drivers seat and kept going.

I think the st Joe's loss has a lot to do with the way we've controlled and finished these last 2 games.

Once we're hitting 3s and free throws against you...you should probably go back home. No way to beat us if we do that.

Very good point. They all played within themselves tonight.
I guess we're getting spoiled with Hass. Whenever they don't have to replace the backboards after a game, it seems like a quiet game.

PS Want some snow out there? We've got plenty to spare.

Some are being pretty hard on EC. He scored 16 points. Sure he had some turnovers, but is he being judged based on preseason NBA draft expectations or as a college sophmore?
