The way the D-League and NBA rosters work, while that is Boston's affiliate, they don't own Munford's draft rights, so anyone can sign him from the NBADL to the NBA. They do have some weird quirks, like being limited to 12 rosters moves per team per year unless a player is signed by the NBA or a European league.
