That's a great listen everyone should be sure to check it out. Goes through every recruit and their overall process for talent evaluation.
Sounds like they think Tyrese is a major steal, and that Jermaine, Brandon and Tate are ready to go from Day 1.

Great stuff. I learned a lot about Coach Cox too. Have to find a way to keep him here.
