He might have been talking about future classes as well. Landing a concensus top 100 top recruit has long reaching effects.

Yes. Every single one of us knows when he's going to make his decision and where he's going to go, but we've plotted in private messages how to keep it from you. Adams himself is in on it. And you're not invited to the cool kids group.

Sadly, it doesn't sound like Adams is ready to verbally commit anytime soon.

Great columns by Mrs. Adams. This is why it's taking this long to pick a school: because the family is going about it the right way. It's also why they like URI, because Dan is more than prepared to answer their questions.
This one comment really struck me. Georgia Tech scheduled a visit in mid-Oct because Adams was not Plan A. It was obvious to the family.

"Let’s be honest, in most cases as a player you are being prioritized by visit date. Let me start out by saying this is not always the case but most often and this is why the question about how many recruits do you have lined up for visits is important."

The one thing hurting URI might be that they've already recruited two guards. Dan has to convince them that this is not a problem because he plays so many guards.

I'm never comfortable until a player makes his announcement. URI is in a great position. As you can see from the column this is a family that has a lot of questions and giving this a lot of thought. Don't know if I've ever seen this number of home visits. I was told he'll announce "soon." He did not want to drag it out to Oct. 13 and it's already Oct. 4....
