He might be good at hoops but he was brutal as a DH for the Red Sox. Man did he get booed...

He did have some great seasons in the NL.
He came to Boston at age 35 and only
played one more year.

I fully support any and all offers to Philly area players. His nickname is "Silk," which is a pretty good one for a Rhody player.

—This weekend, Philly Pride flaunted a balanced scoring attack that featured various players scoring in double figures for each game. Over the last couple of games, Jack Clark (2018/Cheltenham, Pa.) was a consistent scoring threat, and was able to do so efficiently. Clark scored a game-high 16 points, shooting 7-for-11 on the floor, against G3 Grind (Ind.) in Philly Pride’s final game of the weekend. His three-point shot wasn’t there, but his ability to finish through contact and make a few difficult acrobatic layups was impressive. Inside the arc, he only missed once.

Kind of odd that still to this day, so many players are great in the NL and then stink it up when they come over to the AL..some in their primes. (There are exceptions but...)

Adam Dunn
Edgar Renteria
Pujols
Hanley
Dante Bichette (juice and post prime)
Glenn Davis

Hardly. Check his highlight clip. They don't call him Silk for nothing.

He's in the very early stages of his recruitment, but he's supposed to be visiting unofficially in June.

This article from a couple weeks ago talks about his recruitment and what he's looking for in a school.

Took an unofficial to Temple yesterday but it doesn't seem like they've offered yet.
Also has unofficials planned for La Salle, UMass, and Central Connecticut
Planning to visit Penn State and George Mason but they don't have dates yet.
Also has offers from St. Joe's and South Florida
Interest from Virginia

"Breaking: Talented 2018 3 star Philadelphia G Jack Clark is down to his final 5 #PennState #LaSalle #UMass #Dayton #USF"

No surprise, there has been no info on him since we offered. Hope he stays in the A10.
