From his comments, sounds like he's already
pictured himself with Seton Hall.

His last 5 games he went 19-62 and 3-24 for 3's. Decent asst and reb # 's but likes to shoot and not very effective at it (also turns the ball over quite a lot......pass.

More and more it seems like there's two scholarships available.

I don't get what you guys expect from a true freshman... He averaged 13 points a game on the season. He actually has a nice shooting stroke and I think he could end up being a good shooter. I watched him put up 18 points against Gonzaga and I remember thinking why the hell is this kid at Quinnipiac. He has high major potential. If we don't land a big this would be my first choice.

Agree saw him a few times earlier in year and he stuck out as a very good player, who could certainly play at a higher level. Very nice stroke. He seemed to hit a wall toward end of the year as many freshman do. Seton Hall, Auburn, Rutgers, all high majors even though they may not be blue bloods shows,as with Lane, show that a few people at higher levels think he can play. SH is a very good program and are showing serious interest. Saying he can't shoot is a totally uninformed opinion. Also, I think if Dan and staff sees something, that says a little more than looking at some stats in February by people that have never seen him play.
