He reportedly tore his ACL last month, so his recruitment could be interesting. I guess he could get a little time during next summer's AAU season. Tough break missing his junior season.

Lecque is a Bronx, NY native but has opted to transfer from Monsignor Scanlan to Christ School in North Carolina to repeat his junior year and enter the class of 2019. Lecque attended Providence’s Late Night Madness festivities in October and the Friars offered him last week. He has been running with Southern Stampede on the Nike EYBL circuit in April and May and though the team has gone just 5-11 Lecque has made a name for himself with some highlight reel dunks.

Lecque averaged 16.3 points/game and 3.7 assists/game while shooting 41.4% from the field on the EYBL circuit. It’s still a little early for all the recruiting services and their 2019 rankings but ESPN ranked Lecque 24th in their latest Top 60 rankings. Scout recently ranked him 81st in the class. Lecque has offers from Auburn, Colorado State, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Houston, Iona, Kansas State, Manhattan, Minnesota, New Mexico, Providence, Rhode Island, Rider, Saint Louis, Seton Hall, St. John’s, Stony Brook, TCU, Tennessee, Texas Tech, VCU and Wake Forest.

If you really want to stretch for '19, let's go here. He's now a 5*, top 20 prospect.
