The good news is, due to recent developments, I don't think any program is going to be offering 10-100k payouts to sign on the dotted line, which given the initial top 8 is somewhat of a relief.

All I'm saying is will be interesting to see if the 4 go all Xavier or split between Xavier and RI. Just going by WVU apparently being out. Could be lots of reasons why. Maybe mutual? Maybe did not fit well with chemistry playing on csmpus? Didn't feel to be the right fit for a number of reasons which is why they do the visits for both player and school. Regardless seems like URI is in a better place today than yesterday.

Let's hope it rains in Cincy all weekend. I can't imagine Xavier can offer much playing time right off the bat with a straight face at least.

It seems a good sign that it is next Friday. If it was Sunday night or Monday I would think that would be Xavier. Like several of our recruits have done the day after their Kingston official visit. Thinking positive. This would be huge. Got to like and retweet all the post that mention J Harris and Rhody

because of Xavier's Projected Starters the 3 big guys are:
JP Macura 6'5" - is a Senior
Kaiser Gates 6'8" - is a Junior
Sean O'mara 6'10" - is a Senior

But Xavier also has:
T Jones 6'9" Soph from Vermont Academy - he started 13 games last year
N Marshall 6'6" Forward Fresh from Hargrave Military Academy
They also have a 6'5" Fresh Wing (Harden) that plays the 3
So they will have 3 front court players returning next year.

J. Harris is a power forward. Tyrique Jones will be the only player on the roster who plays that position who will still be with the team next year. None of those other guys are power forwards.

Yes, and it's Tyrique Jones, who was being recuited to URI by Murray until Murray left for Xavier.

Xavier also has an freshmen big man this year on the roster. Jones was extremely highly rated and can't even get PT there yet. If Harris goes there, he has to worry about them moving to a four guard lineup if they don't feel he is ready and constantly being recruited over year over year. He won't have that issue here since Dan wouldn't do that to him.

Way back I am guessing that Hass was recruited as PF and played C with KI as the 4.

I am saying don't just look at one position when you are thinking of playing time. Recruits that are front court players should look at the front court players that will be back from the team and other front court committed recruits. Lineups are very fluid in college basketball. Harris could come into a college as a PF and end up getting time at C.

I think we got it. Has a stronger relationship with the staff. Hurley & Cox the best recruiter/closer in the A10.

yeah, 247's crystal ball predictions is pretty loose and they aren't very accurate. Take for an example Brendan Adams, they still have Cincinnati as 100% commit

IMHO they are either not updated frequently or wrong 70% of the time
