Is it safe to presume these Georgia players are ARD recruits?

OK, so how does his desire to play football, jive with coming here?

He just switched this year to play basketball instead of football. Not wanting URI for football - offers are coming in for basketball.
Getting attention now from D1 basketball programs - going to Hargrove Military Academy to be in Class of 2016.

Ramster kind of answered you as well, but I don't think it's unusual for Southern athletes (with more of a year-round schedule thanks to the weather advantage) to be recruited for multiple sports, to keep their options open. It seemingly happens more with baseball, where college QB prospects often have to get a bigger signing bonus to play when drafted than baseball-only prospects.rodfromcranston wrote:OK, so how does his desire to play football, jive with coming here?

Didn't put up much of a statline as a JUCO (only played 1 year then got hurt for Year 2) or in his 1 year at WVU. Still new to basketball, played mostly football until he got too tall. Sit one, play two, development needed.
