I would hire 1 guy on staff that came with elite talent every 3-5 years. There is serious turnover anyway.

I would not of course hire someone's mom to lock up her son. I would hire that woman to bring back from the dead and 6 feet under the women's basketball program. That's a good story. I wonder if they dance next few years?

I think Simmons is completely worthy of that #1 tag. I also think he is talented in a way that not many if any have been these past 15 years.

With that being said Jones the coach at LSU is no Calipari and hasn't done anything with talented kids. Plus they danced just this year.
