OK, we're talking about a 5 star '14 center. Are you saying that we are involved with him, Kingston?

I've heard in passing that we were involved in recruiting
players that ,"We have no business recruiting".
That wasn't made as a negative statement, but approval that we were involved
with some special players and actually were on their list of schools.
Recruiting them and getting them, might be a different story, but
you have to love the aggressiveness of the staff.

OK, I'll guess. Cliff Alexander and Alex Foster are both from Chicago. They are good friends. They are coming here as a package deal.

Rumor Tyus Jones and Okafor will be a package deal so why not a package deal for us?

Besides, a player on this level likely would be one and done.
I'd rather have guys who'll be here a few years.

Having JR Smith win NBA 6th Man and help NY Knicks advance past the Cs is only going to help Dan sell himself as a NBA developer to these sky high recruits.

There's a nice little collection of former St. Benedict's guys playing professionally that's well known in the world of NYC/NJ basketball. It matters.

I to would rather have four year guys also. But the reality is great players are one and done. If other institutions take them we should have no problem taking them.

I like that we are involved but there is no chance of URI landing this guy. After next season we might start to get more looks from players like this but not this year.

Maybe you're right, but I like the idea that Hurley isn't ruling these guys out altogether. At this point, I wouldn't rule out any possibility.
