Saw this guy on ESPN as well. Grade of 81 and #17 SG. Lots of schools involved with this kid and Abu. I wonder how much of a shot we really have at these guys. Again, just posted this because I haven't seen him talked about here.

Jared Terrell (Expressions Elite u17)- Straight line attack was Terrell’s weapon of choice against CT Select on Sunday, as Terrell got into several passing lanes for easy run-outs above the rim in the open floor. With his jumper now a legitimate weapon, Terrell continues to diversify his attack and add more ways to be effective against single and multiple-coverage looks.

I wouldn't think he'd commit anywhere at least until the Fall. Do you know if he is even considering URI?

Boswell said the two players have talked about playing together in college and various schools have offered both players, including Florida, Kansas, UConn, St. John’s, Providence, Marquette and URI.

Going through #EYBL stats - Jared Terrell scored per usual but 11 assists vs 1 turnover in last 2 games is impressive

Good to be in it after the first cut. Going to be a tough pull. Anyone know his plans in terms of signing in the fall or the spring?

And for the sake of comparison, here is Abu's top ten: NC State, Florida, Kansas State, Miami, Kentucky, Iowa State, UConn, Providence, UCLA, and St Johns.

They're not a lock to go together, but it's reportedly still an option.

This is ,to me, the best fit we're recruiting.
EC and Trrell would be possibly our best backcourt in modern times.

Talent and size...EC being 6'5" and Terrell 6'4", 225 and built like an NFL linebacker.

In reference to the asterisks in the first post, I believe the OSU on his final list is Oklahoma State not Ohio State.

Duly noted, although I wish teams would stop stealing each others branding. One of my biggest pet peeves in sports is South Carolina calling itself USC. No, you're not. And Okie State is not OSU, it is Okie State. Ugh.

It's possible, but unlikely, that both Terrell and Abu end up at the same school. There just are not many locations that could give both of them the playing time they want and deserve. The three rumored favorites for a package deal (UCONN, St. John's, and PC) all have significant log jams for one or both players, and with PC in the final 3 of Kaleb Joseph, it would be unlikely that Terrell would choose the Friars if Joseph committed (That would give 3 top 60 players in the backcourt).

Given the depth of good guard cores out there, IMHO URI is in better position with Terrell then most would give them credit for. Heck, I figured it was simply a case of Terrell rewarding the staff and Hurley with a Final 10 vote due to the work they put in. The more I think about it, the more possible I think URI has a legit chance.

Terrell is very clear in the NERR interview that he is looking for a place where he can become a PG for the next level.

That could present a problem, then.
So why is PC on his list? Dunn isn't going anywhere.

I think many people would be surprised if Dunn played through his senior year at PC. He's already popping up in 2015 mock drafts as a first round pick (not that it means anything) ... That said, I still agree with your point. And Terrell isn't even their first choice. Ideally they want Kaleb Joseph to play point and a Terrell like player at the #2.

Preston was 6'1'.
This kid is built like a linebacker at 6'4" 220lbs.
Watch the films. His game is power, not finess.
He's also a four star recruit.

If EC and Terrell can both play PG and SG and are on the floor at the same time (which obviously they would be), I think Dan could find a way to make it work.
