Anybody know the policy? Do you have to go to the RC to do it, or can you do it by phone or online?

I would assume it can be done by phone. If not, I wonder if you can just roll up to the game you want to go to and do the exchange on the spot.

Too bad you can't exchange for a game next season. It however can only be exchanged for "equal value" which means it is restricted to just the games remaining on the 2012-13 schedule.

Ticket exchange is on website. Can be done by phone, in person or by mail. Kudos to URI for doing this. My wife and I were bummed that we couldn't get to last nights game, but maybe we can pick a URI victory from the remaining games.

I've seen that, but I don't see where it says you can do it by phone.

Hope this helps. Phone exchanges can be made by calling 401-874-RAMS (7267) during regular box office hours of operation (Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) Tickets exchanged by phone will be left at Will Call on the day of the game selected under the name you specify. At will call you will be required to present your URI vs. Saint Bonaventure hard un-stubbed/scanned tickets in exchange for the new game tickets
